All new appointments will require a 90-minute session in order to address the therapeutic agreement, treatment planning, and diagnosis. Please email or call (615) 780-3638 to schedule.

 

Although I do not accept insurance directly, many insurance companies provide reimbursement for your visits. Check with your company to verify your "out-of-network" policy. Most of my patients submit a superbill to their insurance company and you may be reimbursed 30-100% depending upon your coverage.

90-minute first time assessment: $200.00

 

50-minute individual therapy session: $140.00

 

50-minute DBT Individual Therapy: 1 year commitment; $180.00 per   session.Phone contact is included.

 

90 minute DBT Group Therapy: $60.00 per session
